The company requires all its employees to accept their share of responsibility for the quality of its products.

The company's declared intent is to supply to its customers only those products whose quality will obtain satisfaction in use and will conform to all relevant regulatory requirements.

City Plastics accept as part of its operating philosophy, the fact that quality must be built in from the start, it cannot be inspected in later.

To ensure these aims are met, City Plastics has established and will maintain an efficient quality assurance system, which has been planned and developed in conjunction with other management functions of the company. Conformance to requirements is to be judged on the basis of objective evidence.

The requirement of standard ISO 9002 forms the basis of the City Plastics quality assurance system. The contents of the quality manual describe how it is designed to ensure that all the customer and relevant regulatory requirements are recognized and that consistent control is established, implemented and maintained. This policy is issued to clearly indicate the attitude of the company with regard to quality, since such actions are essential to the long term success of City Plastic’s competitive position, reputation and employee satisfaction.

This policy is basic to the company's operation and all levels of personnel are expected to actively support the quality function.
